Job Description
The Sustainability Business Developer is responsible for prospecting new clients within Oman. They identify and develop new business opportunities related to sustainability, environmental, and social responsibility initiatives. Conduct market research to understand customer needs, trends, and competitive landscape in the sustainability space. Communicate the value proposition of sustainability offerings to potential clients and secure new business. Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities. Completing the Sales Loop (client visit, proposal preparation & negotiation, follow-up, contract issue, after-sales feedback visit). Creating, communicating, and executing sales and marketing plans for new and existing accounts. Generate leads and build a robust pipeline of prospects. Maintaining up-to-date knowledge of sustainability product portfolio.
Skills Required
- Ability to Work Independently Under Pressure
- Can Arrange to Travel for Related Jobs
- Fluent in Reading, Writing & Speaking English/Arabic
- Good Command in Office Software (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, ..)
- Good English Language (Communication, Writing) / Arabic will be an Added Advantage
- Technical and professional skills
- Understanding and Knowledge of Sustainability
Qualifications Required
- Bachelor's Degree with at least 5 years working experience in Sales/Business Development in Testing/Certification/Inspection Industry and or in the Sustainability Field
